In the early 20th century, the notion of a humanoid machine was developed.

We have been talking about robotics and automation. We know that robots make our work easy. Different companies unveil different types of robots in CES every year. One of the most popular examples of Robots is Sophia.  We just can’t get over that amazing creation. While man has started to make his replica in the form of humanoids, there are still many things that have been untouched in the field of robotics, especially the history of robots.

The history of robots has its origins in the ancient world. The modern concept began to be developed with the onset of the Industrial Revolution, which allowed the use of complex mechanics, and the subsequent introduction of electricity. This made it possible to power machines with small compact motors. In the early 20th century, the notion of a humanoid machine was developed. Today, one can envisage human-sized robots with the capacity for near-human thoughts and movement. Here’s a history of a robot in a nutshell.
